my first real xmas (:
yeaps! merry xmas and a happy new year to all ! hohoho! ;p
ytd,25th dec 2005,i spent my real xmas.haha.why real?cos tis is the very first time im celebrating with a meaning behind it.CHRISTmas.look at the first six letter,im celebrating for christ.hees.
past 16 years,not really celebrating it.u noe,just one or two gifts,hang around at my aunt house(cos she's a catholic).just like last year,celebrate by going to one of my friend hous,slacking,gambling.lol,these are fun but not as fun as THIS YEAR! yes,i mean it! (:
first,had service from 530 to 730.theme is coming home for xmas.Lord, im amazed by You.saw quite a number raised up their hand,yes,they're coming home for xmas this year and forever from now.
after service,took a coach with all nyp-ians to HK cafe.which is at eastcoast road area.haha,food there quite ex.shared baked rice with georgia.Hmm,chicken quite nice.but i cant quite taste out the cheese.hees.yea,we're passive smokers that day.lol,cos we're sitting outside.smoke just keep blowing to our side.*AHCHOO!see,here my nose goes again,cant stand the smoke man~
and o ya,we celebrating huimei's birthday too.lol!got log cake.so nicee!!hess.den afer that we head down to eastcoast,quite near la,just need to walk there.lol,found a remote control lying on the railway area.lol,we're quite amused by this.
we reached there at 1145,15mins b4 the countdown!there's ppl performing on the stage,sort of like caroling.they sang and we rejoice!soon,we start to count down,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 ! BOOM !it's xmas! lol,there's bubble foam,ribbons,aye dunno how to say,lol,but all sorts of things coming down,if u noe wat i mean.i have bubbles of foam on my hair,my clothes.same goes to josie,georgia also.so fun!
then,we have gift exchange of $5 and above.yeaps,i got a pair of socks from joey!lol,not a bad idea.yeaps,and josie got my chocolates which i rushed to buy at 7-11.hees,somemore she already know the pricing cos she's with me when im purchasing the choco.
so much fun and laughter.but it becomes torturing when it's 3am plus.everyone was sleepy.we were inside mac,was freezing cold.but we shared some experiences,stroll along the beaches,yeaps,u noe,i always like to listen to stories,how ppl overcome things and stuffs.lol,quite an "ear-opener".hees.
we waited,eyes nearly closed.it's finally 5 ! we decided to eat breakfast!yes,early in the morning 5am,lol,ordered student meal.yum yum.but the documentary "supersizeme" just reminded me how disgusting and unhealthy mac is.ah,but no choice,that's the only food i can hunt at that time.
and finally when the clock ticks at 6,we finally can go home cos the bus drivers are alive!lol,no la,cos got bus service le.we walked to the busstop,i tell u,it's damn freezing cold.wind blowing at us,it's raining.ah!i caught a cold le.now having bad flu.but anyway tt's not the point.hees.the farnie part is when mx,priscila,josie and me were on the bus,we're so tired,that 3 of us except that pris,she's damn hyper and active at nite i guess,haha,she watched the tvmoblie,then laugh to herself.lol!den i awake liao lo,den the bus got screeching sound.cos the roads are wet,den me and pris were afraid that the bus may skid,told mx who's like half awake when talking to us,lol,remain nonchalent.lol,but seriously,im damn scared lo!!so i pray.hees.and thank God we reach somerset mrt saftely.den we took train home.im not really excited on the way home,cos i cant slp yet.i still have to start work after tat,9am-5pm!omg.lol,thinking of that now,i think my body can take it,not bad seh.yes,reach home at 730,went to lie on the bed,den wake up at 8 to bathe den head to work.tsk tsk.was damn sleepy can.nearly doze off at work!
ok,so when i reached home after work,i bathed and slp immeadiately.woke up at 8plus.too tired,sleep back,until 3am plus,which is now.lol,eyes closing,bed calling me back.haha.im going to bed soon.
this xmas is indeed a fun one.guess what,i've recieved the best xmas gift before 25dec2005.it's the best gift i ever get.hees.i recieved salvation on may,a gift from God.i tink it's advanced xmas present ba. ;p
these 8mths walking with the Lord,well,never been easy.struggles,ups and downs.sometimes,hyper but sometimes tied down by my emotions.i've done all these,but Lord is always patient with me,He walk thru tough patches with me,bless me when i least expect.the feeling was like 'wow'.i know more challenges is gonna come.haha,everybody wld have their own struggles ma.yeap,christian walk is never easy,but it's worth it.
i just cant express the joy i've found in You.and i cant believe that by You grace,You called me Your child.Lord,im amazed by You.thank You! (:Joy to world, the king has come! the year ahead,2006,is gonna be an exciting one.i await with anticipation that You're gonna mould me,toughen me,test me.yes,i know.Lord,may You saturate me with Your love! 2006,here i come! (:
