a train story.
this is how the story goes:
imagine this with me,from the day of your birth,your journey of life is like aboarding on a train.and this journey wouldnt be easy,with many stopovers and one destination.
each time when there's a stopover.you would alight.and the train would be staying there stationary.only when u return,then it will start the engine and move.
so guess what's your first stopover?
your first ever stopover is when you're a toddler!
yeaps! why? because when you're still a toddler,you wld have to learn how to walk,how to talk.you wld try your best to stand but still fall,you wld try to speak but cant figure out what you're mumbling about.isnt it true?it's the biggest difficulty you've to overcome and grow from it.but after much trying,after much learning and growing,you overcome this difficulty and move on.so you went back to the station and board the train.
the train starts moving.and continues travelling toward the faraway destination.there'll be more stopovers.
so each time,there's a stopover,you alight then you board the train again.
so you get the idea?
when there's a stopover,there wld be a test,you wld have to overcome it before you can move on.
the train,is like God. He's always waiting there for us,patiently.He'll not forsake us even if we fail.He'll just wait for your return.
one thing which can be shown here is that if God doubts our abiltity of overcoming these testing,He wld not have wait there,He wld have just start the engine and move on.but NO,he trust and have faith in us,so He waited.
there wld be many stopovers(testings) in life,but only one destination that we're heading.
you can decide your destination.decide now while it's too late.
one way,one destination, and that's Jesus.
