i have this stir in my heart while i listen to the song "this man" by Jeremy Champ. the lyrics makes me ponder, would i take the place of Him? would i take the nails from His hands?
Jesus the Way to the Father (John 14:5-7)
5Thomas said to him, "Lord, we don't know where you are going, so how can we know the way?"
6Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
7If you really knew me, you would know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him."
There may be times i don't believe in myself and some others doubt about me.but Lord, i know You'll always believe in me even at times i failed to walk Your way. O Lord, hear me now, Your grace is everything. the blood You shed paid my debts; Your love covers me from head to toe. Those nails that pierce through Your hands, those crowns that You wore, You bear the pain for our sins. Lamb of God; You done it all. Thank You. ( :
