xue,kar,georgia and i decided to catch the big match : portugal vs england. we hopped ona bus to holland village after dinner ytd,hoping to chop a comfy place to catch that match.we went into various pubs which are all along the same lane but was rejected cause they're all full house.Finally, we managed to get seats at indo chine, but at a costly price. why? cos the drinks and foods there are SO expensive.lol, maybe it's just me who feels the pinch la.but imagine that 1 cup of normal coke cost $5.50,overpriced isnt it?anyway i ordered lycheetini,it's one kind of alcohol,eeeks.it's taste bitter and i cough so badly after i taste the first sip.i finish 1/3 of the drink.so yeah,that's how bad it was.now i know, i can't drink.
haha,it's really farnie how georgia can sleep and sometimes wake up to read her book during the match when everybody is glued to the teevee.she even tell us to wake her up only when either team score.so ironic right?apparently, she shows no interest in soccer.lol! :DD
xue and i catch the brazil vs france match at 3am too. only left both of us.lol. sounds as if we're die-heart world cup fan right. watching 2 match consecutively on the same day.cool ! so we stay overnight and catch the first bus home at 6am. seriously by that time, we're already dead beat,looks as if we're walking zombie.
OLE,OLE,OLE! shall catch the semi finals with them again! (( :

good game,portugal ! they definately stands a chance emerging as the world cup champion. and i still cant get over the fact that France won Brazil, 1-0.so unexpected.lol, so moral of the story :always expect the unexpected.in another words, expect portugal,the black horse to beat France on this coming 5th or was it 6th july,then!! and evil xue says she is rooting for France.hummpf.
i think that rolando is really good and cool.don't you think so?
