Caregroup was cancelled ytd. So i decided to go for a run. Wennie was with me, anyway she's my 10years plus friend,haha and concidentally she lives under me.
alright, so we meet up after dinner at 7:15pm under the block. oh man, it's been so long since we met up and she say i've become "rounder", in other words, fatter. so thanful of her reminding me that i've put on so much weight in NYP. roaar! anyway, it's true la. i hadnt been exercise reguarly ever since i enter into poly. Hmm, time to get started ! lol. intend to run every weekends. not sure if i wld be discipline enough man.
