What would my life be, if today You're not in my life? What would my future holds for me if i do know what purpose i had in this lifetime? God, no longer can i imagine my life without You anymore. Every sat is not a routine for me to attend church service, but it's a time whereby i came to praise & worship You in spirit and in truth. and i enjoy it every now and then, like always. and i know i love You, but i know i can never love You more than You love me. (kinda rhyme huh.)

Today i continued reading the book "Be all you can be", for ur information, i skipped this book for 2 days cos i'm pretty busy.ahh, but it's all excuses la, i have time to read but i keep procastinating. i better be consistent !
anw, today, i learnt about the formula of success. there's one part whereby it talks about why some ppl fail/not successful.there're several reason like :
# people dont feel the need to succeed.
#2 people are afraid of success
#3 suspicious of success.
i think i belong to #2. so why some are afraid of success? Quoting from John C.Maxwell "some backoff because of the commitment level required.Sometimes we are afraid because success puts pressure on us to continue to succeed. Often we dont want to be responsible and shrink from success. "
I think what he mention is true. Honestly, i can't work well under pressure. the more i feel stress, the more i'll run away. Now i know what's the root of the cause. ( :
There're 2 perspective u can look at success; christian & worldly. Quoting from the book, it says
"The best way to define success from the world's standpoint is that it's the power with which to acquire whatever one demands of life w/o violating the rights of others.In other words,it's the power to get what you want w/o stepping on other people: wordly sucess equals power. and that Christian defination of success has to include more than that. It's choosing to enter the arena of action, determined to give yourself to that cause which will better mankind and last for eternity.It is the privilege of contributing to the betterment of others."--
God, i repent for my inconsitency. and those thoughts that i harbour reccently, i know it's unpleasing to You. may i have the strength to overcome it.
